HP Desktop stuck at blue invent screen.
Basically whenever I turn on my desktop, it loads to the blue screen with the HP logo, but then turns black and then goes back to the same screen. Basically, it keeps loading to that same screen no matter what.

I tried:
-Completely turning off the computer and disconnecting the power cables and all other cables.
-Holding the power button for a few seconds and then releasing it to connect the cables back.
-Reconnected my GPU

All of these did not work. Need some help to fix this annoying problem.

It's this problem I happened to find. I tried following it, but the guy in the video was so unclear.

The PC getting stuck at boot can be caused by many different things. Powercycling the machine and unplugging everything isn't fixing it.

Most likely either the HDD has gone bad or the disk is corrupted. Enter the boot menu (repeatedly hit F9 on your keyboard when the HP logo shows) and see if it can detect your HDD at all.

The only thing I can press is F10, which just leads to the bios screen. Even if I try to press F9 repeatedly, nothing happens. The HP logo screen will continue it's "infinite boot loop".

You can also look for the boot order or boot override in the BIOS screen, that works aswell. If the drive shows up it's not completely dead. Make sure the drive is listed in the bootorder if it is detected.

So here's what I've found in the boot order:

1st Boot Device [CD-ROM Group]
2nd Boot Device [HDD Group]
3rd Boot Device [Floppy Group]
4th Boot Device [Network Boot Group]

CD-ROM Group Boot Priority [hp DVD-RAM GH60L]
HDD Group Boot Priority [Hitatchi HDS721010C]
Floppy Group Boot Priority [Not Installed]
Network Group Boot Priority [Realtek PXE B03 D0]

I'm not sure if this is meaningful or not. I honestly have no idea if something is wrong with the Floppy Group Boot Priority because it is listed as "Not Installed" apparently. Or if the boot order is in a bad order because this is by default.

Looks fine to me.

Go on a working PC, then use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to download and flash the Windows 10 installation files on to a USB flash drive. Then plug the flash drive in to the PC and start it. The PC should boot from the flash drive automatically, if it doesn't use the boot override to manually boot from the flash drive. Then attempt to reinstall Windows.

It did not work. Where do I access the boot override?

I still can't press Esc with my flash drive plugged in...

Then try changing the boot device / order in the bios so u can boot to Win10 usb flash drive. When the installer goes to reboot for the first time (it will prompt you of the restart) then it's safe to remove the flash drive, then you could enter the bios and change boot order so HDD is 1st/primary boot device

Even after changing the boot order to my flash drive first, pressing Esc still does nothing. I'm about to give up on this.
