Help, ryzen PC doesn't wake up from sleep
The following is my spec
ryzen 1600
Gigabyte ab350 gaming 3
Antec true power Pro 550w
8gb ram X 2
Rx580 8gb

Problem
If my computer fall asleep, it won't wake up from any keyboard mouse or power button input. I have to power off the system by switch off the PSU, wait overnight and power back on. Google seems to suggest this is a common issue with ryzen (others have similar issues), but I tried their solutions and still doesn't work.

Sometimes (1 in 10 chances) I get the same problem when if I shut down.

Stuff I have tried and didn't make much difference.
Update bios, update chipset driver, disable hybrid sleep in windows. Enable wake from keyboard and mouse in bios. Reset CMOS. Uninstall my PS3 controller driver. Tested PSU. Reconnect all PSU cables, reseat ram. Long Press power button when power is off. Update GPU driver. Change ram from 2933 to 2133mhz.

Stuff I will try when I get the next opportunity:
Reset GPU settings to default.

Do you know what is causing it?

Do you have a cheap powered usb hub connected?
I had something similar with my Ryzen 2700x build
MSI X470 M7 AC

But it just randomly quit and didn't do it much to begin with. Make sure windows is fully updated.
check your power savings settings for the mouse and keyboard.

Keyboard :

Device manager > Keyboards > right click HID Keyboard device > Properties > Power Management > Allow this device to wake the computer.

Mouse:

Device manager > Mice and other pointing devices >right click Mouse > Properties > Power Management > Allow this device to wake the computer.

Thanks guys, I don't have a USB hub, I will double check windows update and the keyboard and mouse setting when I power it on again
