update the intel hd and nvidia mobile drivers
Wipe those out first since u can't just grab drivers from Intel and Nvidia and install then while oem ones are present.

Update Win10 to 1903 first though

I tryed doing something similar but it didn't seam to work but il Try doing this
Wipe all the drivers out with the ddu app and disable Windows ability to auto install drivers, this way it won't auto install gpu drivers from Windows Updates

Get the latest Intel and Nvidia drivers from those two official sites.

Might take a few reboots to complete. Once finished open nvidia control panel and set to prefer max performance under manage 3d settings > Power management. Also set the Nvidia high performance gpu as the global default

Nothing changed
I still have very big visual glitches and I still experience game crashes
Verify the game cache
In other game clients it's called a Repair

Monitor the cpu/gpu temps and ensure its not peaking above 85-90*C

Visual glitches could also indicate a hardware problem, if you have same issues in all demanding games. Sometimes GPU has similar issues before going down for good, but that's just one possibility. Could also be caused by windows/drivers. I would re-install windows and if it doesn't help, then use warranty services to fix the problem.
Given its a oem system, I would have wiped out the drive from the start anyways and have a clean install of latest build of Win10 64bit and all latest drivers

If still had such visual issues, use your warranty as the gpu is probably faulty
