Sound visualization software?

I remember watching a youtube video titled something like top 10 software you will want after watching this video. One of them was this sound visualizer and also music player where it would have bars go with the music like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnDp_wWKcEE&list=RDLnDp_wWKcEE&start_radio=1
The bars on the side except they were horizontal

It would also pop up on your homescreen for win 10, sadly i dont remember it and couldn't find the video. If someone knows a good music player similar to what im looking for I would be thankful

winamp with milkdrop plugin can do pretty much anything
including desktop mode where it takes the place of windows wallapaer

Whats winamp? Also is there anything else thats similar to what im talking about? A music player that has music visualization through bars moving?
