I suggest going 27".
How am I supposed to find the average?
I tend to move around in my chair a lot, so yeah, I'm not always looking straight at the screen. It bothered me a lot on a much older monitor I used to have, so I'm trying to avoid them.
Or, you can do what I do, and use Displayspecifications.com and see what the average response time is there, and also double check from other reviewers if you think the monitor looks promising.
And, like I said, viewing angles aren't really a problem with a semi-decent TN panel.
Checking the site it says the average is 4, and it doesn't look too bad from videos but I don't have a reference. Did you have a TN monitor in mind?
Edit:
To answer one of my previous questions, it looks like bluetooth and wi-fi can potentially be built-in to the motherboard. More research necessary.
Just looking for 1080p and 144 hz with little to no ghosting, and at least 24". I'll look up one of the TN monitors on the list once I have time later. I decided against it initially because of VA vs TN video comparisons.
It tells nothing about the input lag nor the time a pixel needs to change from one color to another.
A good case Vs bad case:
-Sharp edges Vs folded edges
-build space
-radiator support
-modularity
-cable managment
-materials (plastic Vs aluminum Vs steel)
-airflow
-design including PSU shroud or double chamber
-rubber grooming for cables or not
-add on/spare part store like Cooler Master has
-cooler clearance
-gpu clearance
-stock fans
...
Just get a decent pcie card

Thanks. Decided against the on-board wi-fi when I was researching it yesterday, for the reason you just stated along with someone mentioning the obvious: "you can replace or upgrade it without rebuilding your entire system".
