what do you expect would a bottleneck look like in games?

4 cores will be limiting "no matter how powerful your gpu is" in games that demand more than 4 threads...

I hace the same Specs and im pretty sure that exist some games i cannot play like i want to, but it's a fine combo for begin , i wonder if i change for a ryzen 5 5600x it's going to be a better performance

It shouldn't bottleneck because your CPU fully supports pcie 3.0 standard that the gtx 1660 runs at. You'll be getting full bandwidth. You could still run into a bottleneck in certain situations just like any computer though.

you can go stronger gpu for higher res

but again there is always a bottleneck
most of the time its cpu or gpu
easy way to check, lower visual settings all the way, and if fps does not go up, its cpu limited
