Rx570 and intel petinum g4500 how gona work
How much bottleneck i will have is alot games will be unplayable cuz fps drops? Also less gb ram can cause more bottleneck?
(My english is not good btw)

I think to get Intel Core i3-7350K or Intel Core i5-7500
Is there alot diffrent performance? (Also im trying to get only budget pc parts)

unfortunately your cpu is only 2 cores / 2 threads. as others have mentioned, you are going to have a significant bottleneck.

but the rx 570 is much better than what you have now. you will definitely get a big increase in some games, even with the cpu limitation.

It's a power supply; what about it is going to increase performance?
So long as it's decent, it won't blow up and take the rest of your PC with it. Other than that, there's no performance difference.

520w would be 'Overkill', but the who you mentioned would the the limit to how low I would go on a PSU.
So grab either, they're both great.

How many CM (/mm)? or CFM?

If it's CM(/mm), it depends on the case, some have 120mm fan mounts, some have 200mm fan mounts, I would need to know your case to tell you what to get.

If it's airflow (What CFM is), then it's kinda a non-issue; so long as it moves air, it'll be good enough.

I have it, I don't add people I don't know though; sorry pal.
And yes, every case I know of, of every form factor, has a fan mount.

Don't you know the model of your case?
Can't you just go to the manufacturers website, browse cases, and find your one? (If you don't know the model.)
