Zen2 Precision Boost Overdrive Settings

Does anyone here have any experience with the PBO settings on Gigabyte motherboards? I want to know the best configuration of those settings for the best performance possible from PBO (without risking damage), with proof if it can be found.

I have no idea what PBO scalar does specifically, but it's a multiplier value, and there is an option to disable PBO's limits entirely, probably to do with voltage.

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X
Motherboard: Gigabyte X470 AORUS Gaming 7 WIFI

same as always when overclocking - do it through BIOS when you want to do it. And also liek always it comes down to silicon lottery and your cooling solution.

I was asking for what combinations of overdrive settings work for the best performance with Zen2, and if disabling the PBO limiter is risky, not how to overclock in general.
