Rx 570 8gb vs Rx 580 4gb
Btw my cpu is 2200g !

Can't afford 8gb 580 :P

580 is still better any way you cut it.
Both gpus are only good for 1080p max anyways, to which youd never need that much vram for.

What country though?
580 8gb are quite cheap now

I am from Croatia, small european country...

So I should get 580 4gb and not 570 8gb ?!?!
Any 580 would be a step above, yes

Okay, thanks :)
Also is bottleneck gonna happen or I am safe

Bottleneck always happens unless you limit your framerate, that's basically how PC works. You increase the graphics - GPU will bottleneck, you decrease the graphics - CPU will.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you're pairing a $30 CPU with a $3000 GPU. What you want is better performance than the iGPU on the 2200g and either card will get you that. The RX580 is better than rx570, but you say you can afford the rx580 anyway, so it sounds like you're hoping extra VRAM makes the rx570 a better card. It doesn't add processing power and more RAM doesn't improve performance so much unless your workload demands more RAM.

more vram is for higher texture, for example gta v, so I think more vram matters !
I can afford rx 580 yes but 8gb is expensive where I live
Ok yes that would be fine for any 580 gpu then.

Sapphire is what I'd suggest

By the time you up the visuals in gtav to where 4gb vram is not enough, you would need a faster gpu to have decent fps.

Even GTX 970 or 980 are still good for 1080p gaming and only have 4gb vram

I play GTAV with 2GB VRAM just fine. Thing is, to fill that VRAM with something you need enough GPU processing power to deal with those high resolutions, heavy antialiasing methods etc. 8GB is pointless for RX 570.

VRAM doesn't not matter. But a mediocre GPU with a lot of VRAM is not better than a more powerful GPU with less, but still sufficient amount of VRAM. And sometimes to make GPU's appear more attractive manufacturers will glob on extra VRAM that's basically pointless.

IE GeForce FX 5200 512MB being the more egregious example from days bygone. But a RX570 8GB is a little bit silly too.

And generally if you're buying a decent GPU you don't have to worry about it being crippled by insufficient VRAM anyway.

But since you mention GTA V, https://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/msi_radeon_rx_570_and_580_mech_2_8g_oc_review,24.html the RX570 4GB and the RX570 8GB perform nearly identically. VRAM only matters if you need it. If you're using less than 4GB, 8GB isn't going to change much.

In short an 8GB RX570 is marketing to make it look two better than the 1060 6GB, except two better doesn't really mean anything (or 4 better than the RX 570 4GB, whichever one you want).

People just do not know is all.
Those high vram on gpus do help sell GPUs to those who think the higher vram alone equals more performance

This reminded me of cards like this one[www.gigabyte.com]. Its performance is so bad it's unlikely to be used for resolutions able to fill 1GB of VRAM lol, let alone 2GB. Also - yeah, DDR instead of GDDR, damn. That said, my GTX 1050 has also got 2GB VRAM, yet performance-wise mine's almost 7 times faster. Back in the day, there were a lot of ad campaigns with taglines like "4 CPU cores, 4GB RAM, 2GB GPU", at least where I live. And considering how popular that was - I guess it worked just as expected. A typical consumer is unlikely to try and understand some Athlon X4 845 with FM2+ mobo and GT 710 with 2GB of DDR3 doesn't sound all that good, and definitely isn't going to make a nice gaming PC for a kid. But hey, those are the cores, here are the gigabytes - thing's good ain't it? Lol.
Okay thank you guys, and sorry for me being ignorant.
I'll get rx 580 4gb then.

Thanks !
