If gaming is your hobby and you'll use the 360 controller....buy it. It will work with a large amount of games on Steam.
on par with xbone/ds3/ds4
i like the sony dpads much more, but it will work as well with ported games and with steam link
Yes, sure, if you're comfortable playing your games with a controller. I personally use a Dualshock 4 in most of my games and I have no issues whatsoever.
I looked up the X-Box One Pad, but dunno why the wired costs more as the wireless. MSI made some good alternative gamepads to the original 360 (MSI GC 20/30), but dunno if it recognizes out of box just like original or needs some driver.
This. At this point just get a XboxOne pad, price is basically the same for a new one and the XboxOne is just way better. Also no annoying wireless receiver needed, just connect with Bluetooth.
