Yes, but it will need a BIOS update.

B450, X470, B350, and X370 should all be able to run the Ryzen 3000 series on them. According to AMDs own website.

B450, and X470 boards should all get updates, but as for B350 and X370 boards, it depends on if the board maker wants to.

But, I would pick an X470 board with a pretty decent VRM if you're going the Ryzen 3000 route later on. 6c CPUs will be fine on some weaker ones, but if you want to get 12/16c ones, I suggest a stronger VRM. (And obviously VRM heatsink/s)

Yes, so long as you have a Ryzen 2000 series CPU, you can get the BIOS update.
(Or, if your Motherboard allows for it, you can do a BIOS update without a CPU installed.)

I would not buy any amd boards right now until you see which ones get a bios update for Ryzen 3xxx series, if you intend to upgrade to one of those cpus later. While amd says those older chipsets support Ryzen 3xxx series cpus, it's all up to the motherboard makers to release bios updates for each board model.

I'd suggest something like this:

Would still suggest a better board or perhaps just get something like msi b450m mortar
upcoast 26 czerwca 2019 o 13:32
Yes but wait until ryzen 2 and 5xx boards are available, unless you get some spectacular deal on a b450 2600x now I'd just wait for zen 2 results.
Bad 💀 Motha 26 czerwca 2019 o 13:36
It's worth waiting, as they should hit the makets for US, CA, UK; just after July 7th 2019

Once the newer cpus are available for purchase along with at least some X570 boards, this should help lower prices of Ryzen 2xxx series and B450/X470

Just keep an eye on it.

and i dont wanna wait, i will be very happy with a 2600 and rtx 2060 build for a few years, its not like this build wont be capable of running everything on 60 fps
Mythos 26 czerwca 2019 o 17:16
my current build is a freaking gtx 1050 2gb and fm2 motherboard with some old A10 6800k ... so you can see why i dont care about ryzenn 3000, cos anything is better than this build
