best to go to the mfg site and get the correct drivers for the laptop
When u install this type of driver package wait until it finishes cause it's normal for the keyboard and mouse to cut out while it installs things like motherboard chipset drivers. When it's done, reboot.
I was first using the AMD auto-detection tool but it just came with that issue so I used "Driver Talent PRO".
Also, read this:
https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/238134-removal-instructions-for-driver-talent/
But yea it's a laptop, make your own Win10 64bit 1903 usb flash drive and wipe out the entire drive and start with a clean updated OS
Had to go back in time with Recovery Options.
Chipset and Graphics
But yea if for some reason the ones from amd.com cause issues, go to Hp.com/support
Input your hp model and then go to the download section and download the latest available from them regarding the amd chipset and amd display graphics drivers. Install the chipset, reboot when done, install the graphics, reboot when done.

It worked for my Laptop
I've tried them one by one, and this is the last one of them working smoothly
