LAPTOP COOLING FAN GETTING NOISY!

Ok, so i have played games on my laptop for years now. The laptop fan is pretty fine yesterday because is make little to no noticeable noise, and i've playing games like dying light or csgo, because they need little gpu power to play and its fine with the fan. UNTIL today, i turned on csgo and the fan just go crazy. It makes a lot more noise than before, the noises before is 1 then the noise today would be like 8 or 10. I cant find a solution so pls help.
my laptop stats :
intel core i3-4005U CPU
intel hd 4000 gpu/geforce 820M GPU
4 gb ram

HWMonitor, download it and run a demanding game for a bit, 20-30 minutes.

For years? Take the laptop apart and brush out all tge dust, blow the fan clean using blower or canned air and a brush.

No need, it's just a cheap laptop, it shouldn't even get above 80*C it's not a high end gaming laptop which would get much hotter. If the OPS laptop is getting hot, it just needs to be fully cleaned out. After all that laptop is around 5 or 6 years old

Vents/Fans likely need to be cleaned and the Fan itself may need to be lubricated.

how should i clean it? or just open the whole laptop case?

well, if its easy to do so then opening it would be the best way, if not then using an air can to lightly blow into the vents and the fan chamber should be enough

all depends on what you can get access to when you open it, the fan likely needs some lubrication though which may be tricky to do if you dont know what you're doing.

Just be sure to unplug the laptop and remove the battery before you start messing with it (if the battery is removable)
