You should get at least a 750w PSU for this machine.
Don't get a cheap no-name "750w" PSU which is incapable of supplying the needed power, buy a quality one from a trusted brand like Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, Bequiet!, EVGA, Superflower etc..
I wouldn't even bother spending any money on this 10 year old machine. Keep the GPU and replace everything else.
