Case fans going to max rpm when game is running
So i built a new pc last week, set it up and everything. But whenever i open up a game, my case fans go from maybe 280rpm to 1900rpm in an instant.

My fans are stock and my case is the Corsair Spec Delta RGB

My motherboard is the Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro WIFI

My front fans are plugged into sys_fan4, sys_fan5 and sys_fan_pump (hybrid)

The rear fan is plugged into sys_fan1

My CPU fan is working as it should.

If someone can tell me where I messed up please do so as Gigabyte customer service hasnt gotten back to me at all

Thanks.

Im guessing all your case fans are plugged into headers on your motherboard? Need to load into bios and see what the curve is set to and make the adjustments you want.

I kept my fans 3200 RPM. More cooler, better it is. Doesn't matter how many RPM, but focus on your CPU temperature. I kept my CPU temperature around 27 C at idle, 48 to 54 C full load (gaming).

gigabyte should have some software to control fan speed. open that and set up a custom fan curve.

here is a link if you haven't already installed the software.
