Which dvi on that chart is your current cable?
Here are the full specs of your monitor.
Yes it requires using DVI-D dual link to use the 144hz

Yes the cable linked from amazon is what you need. Remember to pick the length also incase 2 meters is barely enough for you. Having some extra slack helps. Or you could use this cable, https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00B2HOVAA
Yeah my monitor is dvi d dual on that chart, and my cable is the same but only supports 60hz according to amazon anyway.
So if u have dual link cable, enable the 144hz on the monitor and within nvidia control panel.
yeah so just to clarify mine is dvi-d dual fourth one down and the cable will work at 144hz?
yeah my monitor does support it its benq xl2411 144hz and my gpu is gtx 970 with dvi-i or dvi-d connector on it
im confused
https://www.amazon.co.uk/DisplayPort-Cable-BolAAzuL-10bite-Supported/dp/B07W5186DT/ref=sr_1_33
And requires dvid DL for 144hz
I listed a dp to dvid dl cable above though.
the one you linked is 60hz
It's dvid DL to dp
That will support the max dvid allows for
https://www.amazon.co.uk/KabelDirekt-DUAL-Cable-DVI-D-1080p-Black/dp/B00FKXUV92/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=dual+link+dvi+cable+1080p+144hz&qid=1566415561&refinements=p_72%3A419153031&rnid=419152031&s=electronics&sr=1-3
May be cheaper alternatives but that's the first I found.
are you talking about this one
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00B2HOVAA
it says 60hz in title and on review they say it wont support 120
