The CPU should be fine, but the problem is there is no dedicated GPU.
While CSGO can run on anything, it doesn't run on IntelHD that well.

So yes, the FPS you're getting is about right.

Try lowering some settings to see if you can maintain a decent FPS.

There is the dedicated Radeon listed, but it's not any better then the Intel gpu. Why they bother doing this crap in laptops is beyond me. As that Radeon 520 serves no benefits

4gb of ram on Win10 is also just very bad

^ what bad said

the amd gpu is just a battery draining feature

the cpu is fine,
but csgo needs a better gpu for playable fps

It would run fine on the Intel 620.
The real issue is ram and it probably has a 5400rpm hdd

Intel 610/620/630 can run GTAV at a playable fps, so CSGO won't be an issue. Just that it wouldn't be a good laptop to try and play seriously competitively on is all

I'd get another 4gb ram and maybe install an ssd and clean install Win10 64bit 1903

For gaming yes, a better whole new PC really would be best.

Look at games that are more demanding then CSGO and build something that will hold up over a few years.

What he just said, but also if you're really into CS:GO - keep in mind game prefers Intel's per-core performance more than AMD's amount of cores and threads, pretty much like any other e-sports game and old games as well.
i just downgrade all settings to minimum(lower than minimum lol) and 4:3 stretched.60-150 fps now.its very good actually.again thanks to all of you guys for helping.
