Can Displayport support 144hz?
Since Most if not all RTX GPU's doesn't support DVI-D anymore. Can xl2420z's Displayport support 144hz? Cause it's a 3/4 year old monitor.

Displayport is currently the video connector with the highest bandwidth of all.

It can do 144Hz at 4K even, easily.

Yes you'll be fine with the DP.

Yes. Make sure you use a compatible cable. The monitor itself does support 144Hz over DisplayPort.
