Screen is giving a static effect when alt tabbing

this happens sometimes when i alt tab, i can still return my gpu altough this might have nothing to do with it, it's not that much of a problem but its annoying when it does occur which is like once a month

i just want to know if this is an issue with my epic monitor which is getting replaced soon or my gtx 1060

try a different monitor

if the gpu is new, wipe the old drivers with ddu and install the newest ones for it
