Razer Blackwidow V2 broken

I've had my blackwidow v2 for a few months and now keys mainly WASD and QE fail to register and just randomly die out during use and its a burden during games, is this a common issue with razer keyboards, i dont know what to do with this and I am not going to open it up and fix it myself, its yellow switches btw.
