Error while starting Arch in VirtualBox

I'm getting this error and I don't know why:

I'm on windows... why should I ask on Linux?

You may need to go into BIOS and enable virtualization on Intel based platform it is called Intel-VT and on AMD platform it is called AMD-V

You also need to make sure your processor support Intet-VT or AMD-V

Seems enabled because I'm able to change the core count in VirtualBox.

Have you used Windows10 Sandbox mode introduced in 1903 update

Ok I made it work, I need to enable the VM feature inside windows itself (not bios) Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn windows features on or off -> enable "Virtual Maching Platform"
