RTX 2060 SUPER VS RTX 2070 SUPER

I got myself a RTX 2060 SUPER. But after watching numerous videos and various comments online, it seems to me that RTX 2070 SUPER is the best choice regarded by most people. Cause its performance is almost the same as 1080 or even a 1080 Ti back in the day - which was the best card in term of performance ( obviously not including luxury card like Titan GTX). That's why i was thinking of trading my 2060 super for a 2070 super

But when i checked plenty of comparison video on YouTube, the most common trend i saw was that RTX 2070 S provides approximately 10 more FPS compared to RTX 2060 S. The highest difference was 17 FPS. Sometime the differences even dipped to just 7 FPS.

In my country the price difference is 130 $ between 2 cards.

The question i want to ask is " Should I trade 130$ for more ~ 10 FPS." I saw many people comply it so I thought the 2070 S must be a bargain at its price but the 2060 S has better overall price per performance score

Anyone has experience this, please share me your opinions on this matter. Thank you for your contribution

I would make that trade but you have to ask youre self, Is about 10 fps more worth 130 $, If you think it is go for it if not dont go for it.

Agreed.

There will always be a 'slightly better' GPU down the road till you hit the absolute top for the standard consumers(Titan RTX). If you're already content with the performance your current model, stay with it.

Realistically you're looking at more then 10 FPS bump at 1080p/1440p, depending on the game you could see anywhere from 10-30fps when switching from the 2060 super to the 2070 super. So the question is , what resolution are you gaming at ? Secondly, what CPU are you pairing it with ?
