Also for the motherboard you can get an equally good Z390 motherboard for cheaper. They still would have amazing VRMs and features... Maybe something like an Asus ROG Maximus XI Formula? I understand money is probably little concern to you, just thought I'd give my two cents.
Aside from that it seems like a pretty solid build, what monitor(s) are you pairing with this PC?
Oh God I didn't even notice he had the locked version in the list, yea deffinitly get the 9900KF or 9900K instead!
get the 9900k so you can oc, else the cooler and mobo are a waste
as good or better for about $1000 less

That CM AIO is not the greatest quality either, would use Corsair instead.

first i am going with the unlocked i9-9900K just miss clicked on the site.
i am going with this monitor

i was conflicted about the AIO between corsair and cooler master read a lot of bad review on the corsair one. also because i am going with the Cooler Master MasterCase H500M which comes with two 200mm front fans for great airflow intake and RGB i got worried about syncing the rgb between the cooler master front fans , an corsair AIO and an RGB back fan so i researched online and found the cooler master 360 AIO. Also lots of build videos go with it with the i9 so i though going with same brand for all inside case RGB might be a good idea. Correct me pls if i am mistaken.
-a cheaper motherboard unless you want to do hardcore overclocking
-a better cooler. CM does not build good AiO cooler. Currently I would only go with Corsair Pro or Corsair RGB Platinum for AiO as they got the superior pump finally not build by Asetek.
-a better case. H500M sucks for use with an AiO as the top radiator only works in pull configuration where you can't see the RGB of the fans. Frontmounting the radiator will let you loose the advantages of the 200mm fans. I personally would go with a Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic if you want to use an AiO and go for Corsair ML120 fans.
so great additions but here is a point , well is the corsair AIO really that better than the CM AIO? also i was thinking of going with the MSI ACE motherboard as the GODlike one is EATX so it crowds the case a lot (but worried about loosing some of the GODLIKE functionality)
CM AIOs are not good quality across all the variations, I would not trust so expensive rig with it.
GODLIKE boards are really overpriced imho, you wont really lose any performance by going with MEG ACE, it`s quality board.
Which function do you actually wanna use?
Phanteks Eclipse P600S is one of the best cases for top mounted 360mm radiator, front panel can be very easily removed or put back if you prefer the mesh front, same with the top.
Well don't go for any Corsair AIO but like I said the Pro or the Corsair RGB Platinum.
There is no way to mount the AIO with CM H500M I'm only push configuration. The radiator foes not fit inside the mounting fan which only barely offers the space for fans while the radiator are a little larger then that.
So you would need a push pull configuration and get extra screws to do that.
Cheaper would be the mentioned Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic which offers all the features of high end cases, great radiator support and airflow (better then H500M). However you would need the case fans (Corsair LL120 for RGB and Corsair ML120 for silence+durability - both have excellent performance)
I disagree with the 'anything greater than 280' doesn't help; but it is very dependent on what you are trying to do. If you go big, you may not get better performance based on the build, but it may end up being a lot quieter due to the fans not having to spin as fast nor as loud to push more air over more surface area.
These are things that often are not appropriately measured; when seeking performance, people are often blinded to other aspects of a build or the potential results from a build that is custom as opposed to a build that is a result of what...wel... what other people online said.
I have an older system with a 360 AIO rad that I have six fans on for push/pull. It sure does help with the sound. I don't have speakers turned on unless I actually am doing something with it, so the background ambience is the computer, which no one wants to hear.
So hey, I am an unconventional non-conformist. I stuck that 360 rad on top of an old Xaser VI case from Thermaltake. It doesn't fit; I had to remove part of the top "shelving" and carefully run the AIO and tubes through the 140mm fan openings, and then use little rubber gaskets to prevent hard drive vibration to act as sonic dampeners for the radiator when the fans spun up. I also had to split the fans up with some Y adapters to properly get the pump and all six fans going properly. It came with three; I added the others.
To be honest, it looks cooler now from a steampunk perspective than it did with its sleek metal appearance. Sometimes, it matters what is on the inside than just physical beauty!
That all said, and I admit it may not be the most helpful, I think I am not alone in stating I want to hear how the build turns out.
I have a mix of liquid and 'dry' cooling and have no preference on the matter--some of this is a matter of taste, and in some cases, an aquired taste. Whatever you end up building, it would be good to know how it turns out!
