guys have u ever had problem with this file ? SynTP.sys? if u do and you know how to fix it please add me. I would really appreciate any help.

Can you post a screenshot of that error? Iam pretty sure there are some information missing.
A problem with a file has always some error message, that part is important

well i dont have an exact screenshot because it could happen in a seconds after that error blue screen show up and laptops reboots. But i can give u an example 0:13 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ff5xzKFZWMY im getting exact the same error instead of What failed: ETD.sys im getting SynTP.sys

I mean about the sys file.

Your link is only the bluescreen. You already know about a certain error message, and the WHOLE error message is important.

Your link is only the bluescreen. You already know about a certain error message, and the WHOLE error message is important.

The genuine SynTP.sys file is a software component of Synaptics Pointing Device by Synaptics.

Reinstall every driver. Or maybe update your windows 10.

Uninstall driver and reinstall..
