It comes down to budget at the end of the day, if you can stretch to a R5 1600 or to an Intel i5 8400 it would be a decent performance upgrade that would likely last you longer.

No need to bother with i5 kaby lake, it's coffee lake vs ryzen now.
Many games won't be affected by bottleneck.
But can it run Arma 3 KOTH? That's the real question.
It gives people without a lot of money access to a decent gaming chip, one that's reliable and does a satisfactory job in even the latest games. Better yet it's on a platform with years of future upgrade potential. And for that reason it's worthy of respect.
I'd put a GTX 1060 but they are so overpriced
Your can look for a use gtx 980...
980's are nearly as overpriced as 1060's. same with 750ti and 780ti
GTX 1050TI our savior
1050tis are now $230+
theres nothing u can suggest that isnt overpriced these days

Not too demanding on cpu a good 4 core should do you fine ^.
Coffee lake i3 4 core 4 thread has the same c/t count as kaby lake i5 and coffee lake has a slight improvement on ipc so CL i3 is just better for less $.
Ps, don't even think about the G4560.
