Requirements would be things such as... modern quad core cpu, DX11 gpu and Win7 SP1 64bit for minimum OS

So yea such a laptop, games with such minimum won't even launch.

Your laptop specs are over 10 years old.
My GPU support direct x 11,12
and the cpy was introduced in 2016 maybe the performance is old but specs aren't

Thanks guys for the information. (Which didn't helped me at all) But thanks for saying something. I don't play game on 720p i prefer 480p on my celeron. Which is Ok for "Runing a game" i think
It's not ok, in my opinion, somewhat playable would be 720p, can't imagine what 480p would be like.
800x600p I think it should work btw 480p looks awesome if you want i can send you my one of 480p gameplay

There's a massive sale going on in the tech world in India. I have a friend from there who sent me this link. If you're 100% sure your parents wouldn't get you anything for Diwali then so be it, but I tried.

They aren't gonna get me anything

Intel gpu older then hd 4000 would only support dx9 and maybe 10, not 11 or 12.

You'd need Intel hd 500 or UHD 600 series for DX11

Still even with 8gb ram and an ssd and Win10 64bit, that cpu is too slow for games such as this.

You might have Win10 which supports dx12, but your gpu does not support DX11 or 12

Ok yea never knew there was an HD 400 series, sorry for confusion. Yes it support DX 11.2, but overall this doesn't matter. Games won't run on that crap tastic laptop regardless of how low of settings you go.

You need a quad core i3 or on the mobile side of things, a quad core i5 and a least a decent budget gpu such as a modern one from amd or nvidia. Demanding games are gonna look at that Intel gpu and laugh, then not launch, crash, or run at like 10 fps

Not to mention 8 - 16 gb of ram, a drive that isn't super slow, like all 5400 2.5 inch hdds are, and Win10 64bit

Absolutely not without a dedicated video card and a better CPU.

I woulf consider it playable with a ryzen 1700, 8gb of ram with a few extra in cache and GTX 1050ti at lowish settings.

R5 1600 is effectively the same as 1700, only with fewer cores and base clocked higher. 1700 is just a bit more expensive than needed.

If that is all you have, Google Stadia might literally be your only option, it just needs the Chrome browser.

I think it’s scheduled for November...
