In this case, specifically, it really depends on how demanding a game is on the CPU, but for most titles, especially older ones, there shouldn't be an issue with the RX 570, but you will have to drop settings in a lot of games as the 570 is an entry level card.
I also wouldn't recommend going above the RX 570 for that CPU unless you overclock it, because I had to overclock the hell out of an A10-7860K (older AMD CPUs like the 7860K can really take a beating, as I got a 600 MHz overclock really easily and could've gotten more but silicon lottery) to keep it good enough to handle gaming with an RX 580 without stuttering.
Dead maximum would be an RX 580, and maximizing settings can lower CPU bottleneck as there's less frames to prepare.
i am not an expert on overclocking and i dont even know how to do i am probbly gonna use stock 2.8 ghz
can you tell me how much fps i can get around with rx 570 and x6 phenom 1055t with some games such as the witcher 3 battlefield 1 and some other story based games with high or ultra settings
It's worth learning to overclock, because it's free performance that you won't get otherwise.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gM789BWAU0 With an RX 580. The CPU shows its weakness in games like PUBG, but it's fine in older games.
With Witcher 3, you'd have to drop settings to maintain stability for sure.
what should i do? i cant really change my motherboard for a better cpu i am just tyring to get best i can
should i buy a gtx 960 instead of rx570 or an gtx970
No, the 570 is far better. It was just an example.
All you can really do is overclock CPU and RAM, as these older AMD architectures benefit quite bit from it. If you have less than 16GB RAM, get more RAM, preferably identical to what you already have.
Other than that: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/hawkshawz/saved/q7dWbv would be a good budget option and a lot better than your current system. It would last longer as well.

yea when i get the cpu i will probably overclock it i saw soe guys make it 4.0 ghz instead of 2.8 stock
and yea for sure i have a 6gb ram now but when i get the parts i will make it 16 gb
dude i cant buy ryzen my motherboard is so old here this is the motherboard i have
M4N68T-M V2
and you should consider that i am gonna use my native monitor resolution 1440x900 its a 900p screen not a standart 1080p
That's why the entire system gets an update. RAM would need an upgrade because DDR3 won't fit in AM4 motherboards.
If you don't have the CPU right now, then just don't buy it, because it's not worth the buy.
You should follow my part list instead because you'll get a much better result and value for the price.
Which is even harder on weaker CPUs because it becomes a higher CPU load the lower the resolution is, as the GPU is able to render more frames, and it pushes the CPU to prepare the frames for it. If the CPU can't keep up, that's where problems can arise, like stuttering.
Higher resolutions and/or graphics settings increase the GPU load and lower the CPU load, which usually balances things out unless the CPU is just too weak for the GPU it's paired with, which can happen with the 1055T and RX 570 and can make some new releases almost unplayable.
uhmm i dont think ryzen cpus are compabitable with my motherboard
there is a cpu support list with my mboard you should look at that
I said the entire system gets an update, meaning everything on the part list. I thought that was pretty clear by the part list.
Personally, I would get everything on the part list and sell whatever you have now to make back some of what you spent, because having dealt with old AMD CPUs, especially FM2 and FM2+, it's just not worth the hassle for gaming because they need to be overclocked to get anywhere near good enough performance with newer titles, and even then, stuttering is almost unavoidable.
oh sorry i didnt see those other parts you sent in the link i only saw the cpu and i thought you sent me some cpu recommends (dumb me :D )
i really cant upgrade everything right now because of the economy in my country and i am not a worker i am still a student
Then you really should wait, because spending less on something that's basically already dead really isn't worth it unless you spend 100$ USD at the absolute maximum. It's not worth it otherwise. Once you spend more than that, it's a huge waste because you can find far better budget systems for not much more than that.
i know but i dont think waiting isnt gonna help with the economy tbh and i know i am spending money for a dead pc :(
