How do you control these aio and case fans???
Corsair H115i Platinum and default fans from nzxt h710i case...

These fans do not even show up in the BIOS, do I need the software? What software? I looked at nzxt cam software but it was just for monitoring? Am I missing something? The case fans are connected to strangely PSU and USB header on the Motherboard, I mean that's how the case presented itself. I haven't tried corsair software.

But also where exactly do I need to connect the AIO fan and pump to? I connected it to main motherboard cpu fan header, is that correct? "

So what do I do?

Case fans are done through the BIOS, assuming they are connected to the motherboard and not a fan controller or something.

The fans on the Liquid cooler, if they are connected to the liquid cooler (Which is how they should be installed) can be controlled through the Corsair IQUE software. The cooler needs to be connected with USB to the motherboard for you to be able to control it.

My case fans are connected to PSU and USB headers too, they don't show up in the BIOS. That's why I'm confused.
AIO fans should be plugged into the motherboard's fan headers, not the PSU.
You can create custom profiles for your Corsair fans in iCUE, if desired

Any 'smart' AIO will have it's own fan headers. AIO fans should not be connected to the motherboard.

The AIO itself is connected to the mobo's CPU fan header, the 115i is only connected to it to keep it from complaining about no fan being connected. The 115i get's all it's power from a SATA power connector.

Connect the fans to the AIO's fan headers so it is able to control the fans based on liquid temperature.
Apparently I forgot to connect the smart AIO thingto usb header, so there's that and I'll do that.

But I'm still confused about the case fans, you see, this is supposedly also a smart case... That's why "I'm told by the case" to connect it to the PSU and also another USB header... You see this case has a smart device that supposedly control the fans, so here's how it routed to fans - > smart device - > PSU & USB header

Now I assume that's why it connected to the PSU, the smart device need power, but, I downloaded nzxt cam software and it didn't let me control the fans...

Hella confused.

Can corsair icue control nzxt smart device? Well I got it installed a few moments ago and it didn't recognize nzxt device either.

It doesn't. It only works with Corsair products, and Corsair products usually do not work with NZXT Cam or Hue.
