The QVO uses QLC flash memory. This mean it has a significantly lower max terrabytes written, it will slow down a lot when writing huge amount of data to it without TRIMing in between but it is also a lot cheaper.
The EVO is slightly faster, can write a lot more data before it breaks but it's more expensive.
Virtually none. The only difference is that EVO is higher quality and lasts longer than QVO models. QVO is Samsung's "budget" line, though they're still a bit expensive compared to other brands like Crucial, ADATA, Kingston, etc.
