weird Audio wireless headphones

i bought a gbl tune 500bt, for music is great bu in games the sound are weird, seems like the headset boosted the bass by a lot, and for music the voices are kinda low, i used a software to increase the volume for that... how do i set up these headsets for gaming etc? i have a hard time using any equalizer (realtek one just doesn't work with these wireless headset).
Also in the borderlands 3 game when using a double weapons mech, if i fire the right weapon i hear it more in the right ear 😂 and left on the left one

If they are usb, then it never uses the Realtek audio.

Equalizers aren't that hard to configure. Play something in the background that will offer a wide range of highs, mids, lows

While the audio is playing adjust the equalizer to levels that better suit you. Try various other audio playback tests too, if needed.

One equalizer preset won't be great for evrything, especially if the recording you are listening to just happens to be terrible or have eay too much bass, etc.

they are Bluetooth only, im playing with the equalizer, but i don't know maybe i was influenced by crap headsets? this one are 50 euro, btw i edited the last post adding new (stupid) thoughs, any tips for some good equalizers to use?

ill return them.. is too weird for gaming, for music is great but the bass of this headset are too high even with the equalizer turn down, seems like to stay underwater or something, i had to turn amp to 300 ‰ to hear clearly my kind of music (opera/power metal), when shooting in games the audio is so weird like i shooting with a silencer boosted wuth the bass 😂

I can return the product and change it with another with the same price or lower, mine are 50 euro so nothing too much expansive, i was looking at the sennheiser but they are 86 euro kinda a lot for a headset for my liking.
How abouth these?

If the device is using usb or bt, then settings associated with your onboard audio, such as realtek, have no effect as the bt or usb device has its own sound chip (codec) and thus software settings of its own as well. So adjustin the Realtek equalizer won't have any effect on such devices not connected to that onboard audio directly via its 3.5mm jacks, or toslink

that's why im taking a bt one, the onboard sound card sux, everything is super low volume even at max volume setting, the onmy way around this is to use external speakers plugged into the pc and the headset to the speaker, but with that i have a radio interference and sometimes when i don't listen to nothing i capture a French radio or something (even with volume at min), but i don't know wich one i want a clear sound and not super boosted basses or things for listening music

Cheap speakers may do that, as the wire between the left and right speaker can act as an antenna picking up interference.

Maybe get a quality headset that uses 3.5mm jack, but instead of the onboard audio, get a usb dac w/ amp

Yes, why not. They are far superior.
Something like a usb dac is generally helpful and will work on basically any PC with USB without having to rely on drivers/software. The cheap ones might be very limited in what they can do though.

You mean to buy another DAC to drive the wireless stuff in OP that will just use its own built-in DAC anyway?

News and bad news:
I buy the Logitech g332 stereo 50 euro,great headset but now i see the g432 have surround,7.1 virtual thing AND a dac included for the 7.1 virtual thinghy
All for 80 Euro...so at the end i will have a bettere headset + a dac..is convinient i think,what do you guys think?

Rather save the cash and use windows Sonic or games inbuilt virtual surround. If you have Soundblaster audio dedicated or on motherboard it may have virtual surround. I know mine does. Then there's Dolby atoms for headphones.. costs a little, around £10, and is game specific.
