idk why lots of these threads are in different places across steam. in hardware and OS forum alone, i have seen two threads merged already and one locked....

i wonder why another popped in the off topic where obviously it does not belong.

No, you say there is a drop in performance yet you cannot provide any evidence of this.

What a stupid question?

A five second search shows you in google with "intel cpu performance" what the issue is.

Like I said before the news has blown this out of proportion.

Do I believe what you say? You give no evidence... Echo logic.

It is just a hot topic right now. Wait a few weeks and no one will even care anymore.

Fortnite or PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds players might care? For online gaming CPU utilization of one of its gaming servers sky-rocketed from 25% to almost 60% with the fix.

If you've read the sources yourself then it should be easy to tell me what has seen the performance drop.

All I want is evidence to show what has seen the performance drop, if you can't tell me then it's clear you just believe the news and stuff people say to you.

It's not, but that which is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

Besides, as was said above, hot topic now, then it will blow over in a week when the next Hollywood scandal starts or a talking squirrel is caught on tape.
