I'm a bit mad at my computer and the guy at the store i got the VR from. Here's Why.

So i was at i think pay less, and i get a Rift. The man says my computer is VR ready (Got the computer there) (Steam VR also said it was). So i get it set up. Its all fine till i get to the steam games. and at first i got hotdogs,horseshoes, and hand grenades. Then i get Chef U. I look around and it was lagy. i rebooted my computer (Since i had to little storage) And it worked. I get VR chat and it was lagy... Badly. when i move my screen spazes out, i got the Advance setings for Steam VR since steam is to lazy to add it in. (Not being rude) And it did not work. So now im mad at about everyone. so yeah. thats that, unless you got ideas, then idc.

You are way to far under spec for VR, like already mentioned return the rift and do a total system upgrade.

You are sadly under spec for most games, let alone vr I am afraid,I hope that $600 you paid for the pc was several years ago with the GPU as an upgrade at some point, so, yeah to reiterate what others have said, return the rift, save some more money and build a new pc,then consider buying a rift once you have the hardware to actually run it.
