Does Moonlight Game Streaming work across different networks?
Say if I want to play PC games on my phone or something at my school which is 4 miles away. Does that work?

App description says it supports streaming over the net, but keep in mind the hardware required for game streaming.

A cellular signal will likely not be good enough, and a school wifi probably won't be enough either.

School wifi is about 100-150 megs. My PC has a gtx 1070. If I reduced the bitrate a bit would it be smooth?
