yeah this happens to me to on rust with the 1050ti you get awesome frame rate but then starts to drop i found out some issue to counter act that NOTE DO THESE AT YOUR OWN RISK from my experince it doesnt do much bad hit windows-type in edit power plan-click advanced setting- proccesing power management-change the minimum to 100%- then go back to pci express-link state- setting max power savings this should help but also find out what type of ram you have ddr3 or ddr4 and how many slots of ram your mobo can hold then upgrade to at least 8 for windows to run well.
