The front panel is usually secured by several latches and can be removed without any tools.
You will have to remove both side panels, then grab the front panel on the bottom, then unhook one of the latches on the bottom and pull the front panel away from the case.

The manual for your case should also detail how to do this.
There are rubber push-pins; they use these to avoid fan vibrations. Simply pinch the other side of the push-pin, and while doing so, gently pull the fan away from the case and/or opposite direction of where the push-pin is sticking into its hole.
Taking the mesh off is easy. There's a handle at the bottom of the mesh panel, reach your hand down and grab that, then pull towards you. The lower part of the mesh will pop out and drop away. You can pull the upper two mesh panels off just as easily once the main bit is removed.
