What sensor does this Deathadder have?
I found this Razer bundle that I don't think is sold in the US, and I noticed it had a Deathadder with a 2000 DPI sensor. What sensor is it exactly? It doesn't sound like Razer to sell us a sensor like that..

Razer uses Omron sensors which are quite good. The Deathadder Elite has a 16,000 DPI sensor, which is rather pointless, and the Deathadder Chroma has a 10,000 DPI sensor. I'm guessing this is a very old Deathadder, and that's why it has a low DPI sensor and is on clearance.

Omron isn't making sensors but key switches. :pooboo:
Anyway it's very possible that DeathAdder 2000 got Avago S3668 sensor with max 1800 DPI that was raised by interpolation like in Chroma version of DeathAdder that got PixArt SDNS-3988 sensor which max DPI is 6400 DPI and it's DPI was rised to 10000 also by interpolation. Anyway DeatthAdder Elite sensor PixArt PMW 3389 max native DPI is 12000 but is advertised as 16000 DPI anyway above 12000 DPI resolution is interpolated too.
