I wouldn't stack anything bigger than a 1060 on it, though.
More like 90%. No part is ever infallible, even with the best engineering. And a Tier 3 PSU isn't perfect.
NASA once said that in a perfect-case scenario and with the best engineers and machining processes in the world, they would still have ~30,000 mechanical failures in a single space launch, before the craft had even left the atmosphere.
That's a massively over-simplification.
There's a tremendous difference between a 500 Watt Tigerpower and a 500 Watt Corsair AX. For starters, one of them would literally explode if you strapped a GTX1070 to it and the other wouldn't.

and i already have this PSU so is it enough for 1060 6GB?
