Windows 10 Creators Update AMD Drivers?

My computer has been being slow lately and one of the things suggested for me to do was install the AMD drivers for the Windows 10 Creators Update. That doesn't make much sense, as the problem was there before the Creators Update was installed, but it's worth a try. I, however, do not know how to do this or where to get the proper drivers. Can I get some help please?

U can use auto detect or select the type(manually selcet).
Just make sure it's not an beta driver.
