How do I reset my Intel HD graphics to default settings?

I think did something wrong that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the resolution of the screen/game i played. Recently maybe 3 days ago i can play dota 2 without having issue in the resolution after i do something changing the resolution in my intel hd control panel display i have now this problem. Please help how do i change my intel hd graphics display to default.

I do already research it on google but cant really find a true answer
