There are polishes out there that can fill fine scratches for you, have a look in a auto parts store, that is typically where you will find them. The fine scratches, some good glass polish that has a filler included with it, and a micro towel, and some elbow grease is all you need. But dont expect a miracle if they are deep scratches.
