So About This FX-9590...
Having a northbridge clock of 300Mhz on an ASUS Pro Gaming Aura... Is that bad? Furthermore, I plan to reduce the voltage of the 9590 (stock 1.5V) to match the 3.4 Ghz frequency. I'm feeling 1.275; is there a better value I should use?

Are you checking it under load with CPU-Z?
If not OC'ing the CPU should be at around 1.48-1.525 VCore Voltage @ 4.7Ghz

That's the thing: it's running at 3.4 Ghz, 1.500V solid (according to the BIOS; the other voltages fluctuate a tad)
Update to the latest BIOS version.

I'll get on that. I've downloaded it, but haven't yet figured out how to install it.
Extract the files to root of a usb flash drive; then reboot, enter the bios and go into the option for Bios Flash. It can read the ROM file off the flash drive.
