Why is my 6G GTX 1060 showing 2gigs in speccy?
In speccy it shows 2047 in physical memory and 2048 in virtual memory, my motherboard is a B150m-AD3 from Asus. Why is it only showing that much in memory?

Because Speccy should've gone to Specsavers.

Jokes aside, it's not to most reliable program. Try CPU-Z from CPUID, it's another free program and may give you a more accurate result. Speccy is known to have problems with some GPUs.

Also know that some programs will show incorrect VRAM for Pascal cards. I often see 4GB for my GTX1080, even though I have 8GB available.

^ +1 but gpu-z, it's similar but for graphics cards, it lists complete specs including ram capacity and type
In my win 7 hardware it only lists 4096mb of ram on my 1070 so even windows reporting software can be wrong.
Use GPU-Z; that will be correct, ignore what other stuff says.

Plus, some GPU makers include GPU-Z with their own firmware. For example Asus GPU Tweak has GPU-Z built in.
Speccy show wrong this specification, use GPU-Z and CPU-Z, actually piriform products disapointed me a lot.
Cause its a bug, use GPUZ
