My hard drive is making a loud buzzing noise.
At first I was thinking it was my cpu fan or one of the fans on my case, but I checked again and it was coming from my hard drive. I don't know what the problem is.

Hey thats right! Thanks for your help. Also I think I know what the problem is. Since the drive is metal and is touching metal, it would make that sort of sound because of the vibrations. When I touch the metal of the surrounding area, it stops the sound. I don't know if you know what I am talking about but if you, what do you think I could do to stop the the metals from touching.

You know what I know what you are talking about, but I have never experienced that issue with my case so I am not sure how to fix that. I don't even have my drives screwed in I just slide them into the drive bays. But yeah I know what you are talking other people have had this issue with the case making nosie from vibration becing cause from the drives.
What do you store the rest of your games with? Just curious.
My case came with rubber spacers to put between the hard drive cage and the hard drive to stop vibration so if you can find those on their own get them.

If your PC is kinda loud excluding the hard drive I'd recommened a Fractal Define R5 case, it has sound dampening material and it really does work. I have a Western Digital Black hard drive and that thing was so loud in my other PC you couldn't concentrate at all, but in this case I can't even hear it unless I'm trying to listen for it.

It has removable panels for different size water coolers and alot of slots for fans too, if you were to go with a fan set up I'd recommened 2 fans in the front and one in the back, and you're CPU cooler blowing towards the back. This creates a vacuum to help keep it dust free as much as possible.
