If it's a cheaper soft based kind then it may start coming apart if you apply too much heat to it.

Best bet is rinse it with just warm water and then stand it up (like in dish drying tray) and let it air-dry over-night.

I agree. Any heat might destroy it. Even putting it in the dryer on air dry will ruin it cause of the tumbling.

If it's a cloth-based pad, just leave it alone. Let it dry--should be dry in an hour or two.

If your sweat is really acid or alkaline, it may discolor the fabric (if the pad is made of cheaper fabric). So wipe it down gently with an absorbent cloth and warm H20.

Since sweat is universal, maybe get a spare pad for times like these. :steamhappy:

It starts to warp from the heat and will never been completely flat again.

If a hair dryer, use a towel over top. Then place books or something with weight that's flat over the top. Then leave it for a while. You might be lucky.

If no luck, purchase a brand new mouse pad. I would suggest the Razer Goliathus Speed Edition as one of my favourites. They tend to work well with Logitech G series mices and most others. However, it actually will depend on your mouse senor to what works the best.
