Number Keys Not Working On Razer

I recently got a 2016 Razer Blackwidow Ultimate as a gift, and all of the keys are working fine, except for the 1-9 keys above the letters [the numpad works though], I would dismiss this as dead keys, except for the fact that the keys 1-9 in sequence don't work, which seems like it's a fixable issue. The keys still light up, and the keys click all the way down like they're supposed to, but the keys just don't work. It's a refurbished keyboard from Newegg, and had 4/5 eggs with 14 reviews. I've also tried solutions from online [uninstalling Razer Synapse, pressing "fn," unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in again, and restarting my computer], and no solutions have worked. If anyone has any information that would help me fix this issue, it would be much appreciated.

Judging by the fact that it's refurbished I'd be incined to say that it failed and you should return it to Newegg.

Probably worth mentioning that Razer are known for repeat defects and bad build quality.

its stupid but unplug it and plug it in, mines a legit one and sometimes the number keys stop although the secondary ones still work like !@# etc, unplug and plug it back in, and please don't buy razor I regret it big time

I have this same issue, just that if i spam the number's enough -like 100 times. they will work for a short period of time. Anyone found a fix

I want to 'flame' you for necroposting, but I want to praise you for using the search feature. I'm so conflicted right now.

Anyway, how long have you had the keyboard for? If it's not long, RMA it, get a replacement.
Have you spilled anything on it? That's usually what makes ♥♥♥♥ not work.

i got it to work! just reinstalled the driver for the keyboard, and reinstalled synapse. hope it works

Just Go To Synapse -> Settings and Reset your Keyboard That'll do it
