Computer Won't Start With RAM In Second Slot
I bought another 4GB of RAM today that's the exact same model as the one installed (Kingston KVR16N11S8/4) and installed it into the second slot. Both RAM sticks were sealed and clicked in and I put the case back on but the computer wouldn't boot normally. When I push the turn on button it lights up and makes noise for just a second and then turns off. After three or so seconds it turns on again automatically and then turns off again after a second just like before. It seems to do that in a neverending loop. When I take it out, it runs fine and starts up completely normally. I tried putting only the new RAM stick and take out the old one putting it into the first socket and it works fine as well. I tried with both sticks plugging into the second socket only and it does the same 1 second boot loop. It seems the computer doesn't like having naything in its second socket. I'm really bummed because I really need another 4GB's. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Notes:
I only have two sockets
I have very limited knowledge of computers
The screen doesn't do anything for the 1 second that the computer is on
I have Windows 10
i5 4460
GTX 750Ti
Ican't check wattage as it's in an enclosed box that I'd rather not open
This is a prebuilt PC that was was changed in specs here and there by experts

Ok so the slot is bad, simple as that.

It's a prebuild, get a good Motherboard instead.

Wattage for what? Power Supplies have stickers with the specs on them.

Get a new motherboard
What is the model of this pre-build desktop?

Yeah except the power supply has been replaced since then and there's no sticker on it.
It's a Compaq Presario SR5720AN desktop
Well it can't be a good one if there is no sticker on it, that's doesn't even make any sense. Most likely its just on the side you can't see just from removing the Case Side Panel.

Un-screw the power supply and look on all sides of it.
Yeah no chance. How much is a cheap motherboard?
The Motherboard and PowerSupply is that system is ATX, so you should be fine replacing the Motherboard.

Best bet is probably get a better Case while you're at it.
As should you replace the Motherboard with say ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte; you'd have to redo the wires for the Front I/O (Power, Reset, LEDs) as Pre-builds tend to have a unique front panel connector for that.
