Is my XEON CPU a bottleneck for Gaming?

I have an Intel Xeon E5 1620 3.7 Ghz and im fine with my 8 GB of Ram and the GTX 970 but I wanted to ask if anyone knows if that CPU is worse in games than a mid-to-top i5. Thank you for your time and have a nice day.

That CPU came out in 2012 so now is outdated get a current (Skylake) or next generation (Kaby Lake) i7 instead.

The only disadvantage is 130W TDP . But FX 8350 is 125W , so not a huge trouble

Okay, thank you. I have a 600W PSU and im not concerned about a few cents more every month so thats not an issue.

Do you know anything else about that CPU that might be important when considering gaming?

What is so old , 40 PCI-E lanes , 4 channel memory DDR3 support , consumption as FX 8350 but faster multi core and single core performance ?!
