ARMA, DayZ and CSGO are all CPU Dependant games, meaning you need a powerful CPU to run them at their best. I recommend an Intel i3 6100 at the very minimum, ideally an i5 6500 if you can afford it.
AMD has made some great CPUs in their time and have a dedicated fanbase who'll tell you your CPU is perfect, even though deep down they know it's not. Currently Intel has a huge advantage - their technology is almost five years more advanced and their designs are well suited to games like these. Given there isn't a big gap in prices, you're much better off with Intel.
Even the GPU is terrible for modern games that are demanding; if you really want decent visuals at 1080p
Arma2 / 3 / DayZ-SA
Then I'd aim towards i5 (such as i5-6400 minimum)
GTX 1060 6GB
16GB DDR4 RAM
Win10 64bit
If you could tell me your budget and currency (country also if Euro) then I could play around with PC Part Picker and see if I can wiggle around the build to get the very best parts for the price.
This would be a much better build for the games mentioned. The i3 will be much better than the 880k and your not buying a dead platform with no real upgrade path in the future. With the 6100 you have the option to upgrade to a i5 or i7 in the future without changing the MB.
The rx 470 will beat the 1050ti in any game thrown at it by a large margin for not much more cash. Sure you can get the 1060 3gb for not much more but it's a single fan cooler with only 3gb. 3gb wasn't a good idea with the 780/ti and it's not now. The 470 that is in the build is a good cooler that will most likely give an oc to 480 levels.
