Are Lenovo's GAMING products worth someones money?

I'm a pretty young guy alright, I have no expierence in building computers and rather not make one anyways. So i'v asked a few times about other "lesser known" brands I guess and got mixed results. I wasn't exactly sure what to decide on because I kept chaning my mind for a lot of reasons from like how large the tower is and where I would put it, and if i'm getting the absolute most out of what i'm paying for (before everyone says build a pc again, not interested regardless, so yeah call me lazy i am). Though I do think i'v found one of my winners, it's the Lenovo Y700, you can see it here i'm talking about the 800$ model: http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/desktops/ideacentre/y700-series/y700/ (again i don't need to be able to play battlefield 1 at 4k here alright), and i'm on a pretty tight budget so I don't think I can go anything higher than that. Anyways I acutally have a Lenovo PC right now that i'm using, and over all for the 4 years that i'v owned it, its been pretty good, no major issues and is pretty reliable. The problem is, its not a gaming PC and definitly is underpowered for what I wan't to do, I can get a stable 60 fps in CS:GO and around 80-100 in GMod but I can't go much father then that, I can't even run some more...I guess graphicly simple games like Unturned (believe me I know the fact that the game looks blocky and not very impressive doesn't make it any less of a challenge to run, like physics, map size etc) but anyways i'd like to purchase one of there gaming computers and want some honest opinions since there weren't very many Amazon reviews and non of them were very in-depth, and I don't trust youtube reviews since a lot of the ones i'v found happened to be sponsors. If you'v bought or had expierences with there products please tell me what you think, I don't want to waste my time or money since I intend this to be my first and for good amount of time the only gaming PC I have.

I've never had any problems with their pricing or shipping and I've bought a ton of things from them, so maybe you can convince him by telling him how popular the site is.

I'll try, though it is hard to communicate with him, he is in Asia right now for a trip as i'v said before and I don't think I can easily get him to the site and make sure he does the purchase. It's pretty sad to see that I won't be able to get that specific PC but if you guys see any more good deals be sure to tell me.

Most big chain retailers will price match; but that may require you to take note and bring attention to it, it's not a given automatic.

I can agree. I have now build 6 computers for friends only buying parts from newegg. They are super trustworthy and one of the most well known tech stores. Its just as trustworthy as compusa, tiger direct, and best buy. They have some of the best tech deals by far. I saved over 300 on my whole build just by buying piece by piece for a month.
