Logitech Gaming Software Advanced EQ Not Supported?

Just got an Artemis Spectrum and the logitech software says the "advanced", 10-band EQ isn't supported @ 96k sample rate.

By default, they were running @ 16-bit, 44100 Hz and changing them from everything 32000Hz to 96000Hz didn't allow access to the 10-band "advanced EQ".

Anyone know how to make a custom EQ profile in Windows 10 64 or run into this issue and found a solution for it?

Any advice would be cool!

Windows has nothing to do with that; it's your device and/or software.
Generally all you really want to use is 16-bit or 24-bit; 44100 or 48000
